What is it?
Anxiety is an emotion or feeling that is caused by increased tension, certain physical changes and worrying thoughts that can occur to an individual. Anxiety usually means a person is very exaggeratively worried and has negative expectations of an outcome that is still unknown to the individual. The feeling of anxiety can occur as early as childhood and can be triggered by both the biology or the environment of a person. Some people are born with a predisposition of anxiety or can have it happen to them because of early traumatic experiences. (Craske and Stein, 2016)

Also, stress management is a big one. Always try to manage all the things that go on in your life and focus on the important aspects, people can tend to overload themselves with things and that is a huge cause of anxiety buildup.
